PLANS, FEATURES, DURATION, AND RENEWAL
Minimal Sudoku Classic
Premium themes and unlimited in-game Smart Hints.
This is a one-time purchase. It does not renew automatically and creates no recurring charge. The Classic entitlement does not expire while the supported service remains available; mandatory rights remain unaffected if the service materially changes or ends.

Minimal Sudoku Pro Monthly
Cloud sync, full Pathfinder and post-game analysis, unlimited image import, premium themes, and unlimited Smart Hints.
The subscription runs for one month and renews automatically for successive one-month periods at the recurring unit price recorded at purchase until canceled. Future invoices reflect any authorized change and tax applicable at that time.

Minimal Sudoku Pro Annual
Cloud sync, full Pathfinder and post-game analysis, unlimited image import, premium themes, and unlimited Smart Hints.
The subscription runs for one year and renews automatically for successive one-year periods at the recurring unit price recorded at purchase until canceled. Future invoices reflect any authorized change and tax applicable at that time.

This is a one-time purchase and does not renew automatically. “Lifetime” means a non-expiring account entitlement to the supported Minimal Sudoku Pro service, not a recurring subscription. Mandatory rights remain unaffected if the service materially changes or ends.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS AND DELIVERY
Free Sudoku play remains available without a purchase. Paid access requires a Minimal Sudoku account and a current standards-compatible browser or supported app installation. Internet access is required for purchase, account verification, entitlement checks, cloud sync, and server-based features. Availability of individual wrapper or device functions can depend on the platform. Legally required updates and remedies for digital services and content remain available.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR DIRECT WEB PURCHASES
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from this contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the contract date. Sending your notice before the deadline is sufficient. Laware GmbH provides paid access immediately but does not ask direct web buyers to waive this withdrawal right. If you validly withdraw in time, Laware GmbH will refund all payments for the withdrawn contract without deducting for use during those 14 days. The refund will be made no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notice is received, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. No refund fee is charged. The paid entitlement may then be disabled.
Submit an unequivocal statement to Laware GmbH, Seitenstettengasse 5/37, 1010 Vienna, Austria, office@laware.gmbh.
Outside a withdrawal right, merely not using the plan does not create a right to a prorated refund. This does not limit statutory warranty, conformity, repayment, or damages rights.

ACCOUNT USE
Keep your account credentials secure and use the service lawfully. Do not interfere with security, automate abusive traffic, evade feature or import limits, manipulate ranked play, or resell account access. Laware GmbH may proportionately restrict affected functions where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service. Before a material suspension, Laware GmbH will give notice and an opportunity to respond where reasonable and legally required.

CONFORMITY, AVAILABILITY, AND LIABILITY
Statutory rights for defective or non-conforming digital services and content apply. Laware GmbH does not exclude liability for intent, gross negligence, personal injury, product liability, guarantees, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited. For ordinary negligence, liability is limited only to the extent permitted by mandatory law. Temporary maintenance and events outside reasonable control may affect availability but do not remove mandatory remedies.

GOVERNING LAW AND COMPLAINTS
Austrian law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules, but this choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections of their country of habitual residence. Mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules remain unaffected. Laware GmbH does not voluntarily commit to an alternative dispute-resolution body unless required in the individual case.

PRIVACY AND CHANGES
Changes to the Terms apply prospectively. Laware GmbH will not retroactively reduce a paid entitlement or override mandatory rights through a unilateral change. If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply and the statutory rule replaces it.
